Green Beret Challenge - Florida
Green Beret Challenge - Florida Race Description
The GBC is a 4 person team format developed to challenge your mind, body and spirit along 8 grueling miles as you push, pull, carry, climb or crawl your way to the finish line. Logs, tires, sand bags, litters, sleds, telephone poles and definitely water, combined with the most intense terrain each venue has to offer, are some of the highlights this 8 mile gauntlet offers its participants. We promise the pain will be legendary, but the sense of accomplishment will last forever.

The name says it all! This truly was a challenge, and a unique one at that. I really enjoyed GBC not copying all the other guys and making a challenging and unique race that really showed strengths and weaknesses. Phenomenal! Great people. Great event.
This was truly a challenge, exactly as they described: it tested my mental and physical grit, the PAIN is legendary, with a great sense of accomplishment!!!! I have a new respect for sled dogs pulling loads of 200+ lbs., and any military guys training with weighted down ruck sacks. Glad to be a part of the finishers circle! Great group of guys, staff, volunteers, and well organized!!!
