Set Your Run Free and Be Free To Stay Healthy!

Start your Independence celebration with us this year for a 4k (2.4 miles) with +15 obstacles, some obstacles provide a challenge, others to get down and dirty, while they all provide an opportunity to have fun!

Be prepared to get wet and feeling great by setting free your run 4 health with family and friends. After stay after for games, canoeing at the lake, outdoor movie, great food, live performance of the national anthem, a patriotic llama, ponies to take pictures and more!

Enjoy All that the outdoor has to offer, pet friendly and fishing allowed (Catch and Release ONLY).

All Proceeds benefit will go to InterrWellness Health Retreat Center. Center for diabetes, hypertension, depression and more.

Doors open at 8:00. There will be an exercise class for warm up and stretching at 8:30 to start off the race at 9am.
