Fools Day 5K

Fools Day 5k is a professionally-timed race for participants of all ages and abilities! Put on a pair of novelty glasses (included with registration) and “Be a Blessing in Disguise” for the 56,924 households in St. Lucie County that earn less than what it costs to afford the basic necessities. Join friends and neighbors to run, jog or walk through an unforgettable 3.1 mile course filled with silly string, chattering teeth and other fun surprises. All participants will receive chip timing with live results, an individual results page with a finisher certificate and 20-second clip of you crossing the start and finish line, a race t-shirt and a finisher medal! Awards will be given out to the top 3 overall male & female finishers! In addition to helping raise the crucial funds that fuel our mission, your participation will help shine a light on the dark and demoralizing cycle of poverty in St. Lucie County. The goal of this community-based event is to raise funds and awareness for United Against Poverty of St. Lucie County, a nonprofit dedicated to inspiring and empowering people living in poverty to lift themselves and their families to economic self-sufficiency. Timing This race will be chip timed by Southern Timing, LLC. All participants will receive a chip time, live results, an individual results page complete with a finisher certificate and a 20-second clip of you crossing the start and finish line which can be downloaded and shared across social media! What's Included with your Registration? In addition to chip timing all participants will receive a race t-shirt, finisher medal and novelty glasses! Packet Pick-Up Pre-Race packet pickup TBA.
