Flag Day Half Marathon

The 2020 Flag Day Half Marathon will span 13.1 miles, starting in the village of Malaeimi heading west towards Futiga. The course will take a left into Ili'ili and run all the way down Airport Rd. Runners will take a left at the police substation, head past ASTCA, make a left at the roundabout, and shoot past ASPA.  You'll continue to the main road and take a right and head towards Utulei.  Be sure to look up and enjoy the beautiful coastline views around the curves!  The finish line will be in UTULEi in front of SPW.

If you are traveling from off island, here are our suggestions for travel and accommodations:

Hawaiian Air:  HA flies into American Samoa 2 times a week, Monday & Thursday.  If you fly in Thursday you will arrive around 930pm local. https://www.hawaiianairlines.com/

Sadies by the Sea Hotel:  Sadie's by the Sea is our recommendation for accommodations.  It's near our fitness facility where the race ends and located in a beautiful waterfront spot.  https://sadieshotels.com/
