Fit for Local Hero Hybrid 5k Race Description
5k with a twist. At Carl Barton Park come enjoy a 5k trail run and test other fitness abilities with mini wods mixed in for fun. All to support our local heroes, the first responders. Immediately following the run you will be able to be apart of a benefit wod benefiting Ethan Williamson. He is a local 9 year old who was diagnosed with bone cancer.
