Since launching in August 2023, Elevate OT & Fit has been dedicated to helping individuals build strength, confidence, and sustainable wellness habits—and now it’s time to celebrate how far we’ve come together.

This 5K is more than just a run—it’s a community-driven event focused on movement, connection, and honoring every step of your journey. Whether you walk, jog, or run, all levels are welcome—even virtual participants! If you can’t make it in person, you can still join from wherever you are and be part of the celebration.
