Thanks to the rolling hills of Wise and Montague Counties, every rider will enjoy elevation gains and scenic country backroads. All routes except the 9-mile option are open to teams. Please be aware: The longer routes are not for beginners. Study the topography and train in advance.
The bike rally starts and ends in Decatur’s historic town square, where the entire community gathers to cheer on riders. After the rally, stick around for the post-rally meal, a staple in the Eighter From Decatur weekend schedule. Click here for a detailed rally schedule.

This was my first year doing this ride. I chose to the 100 mile (2x loop) and found it to be a good challenge. I'd like to say thank you to the volunteers at this race. They were great! This includes everyone that worked at the water stops to the motorcyclists to tracked the race. I was the last rider to finish the 100 mile route and I'm certain that without the help and encouragement from the volunteers, I would not have been able to finish. Thank you again and I look forward to next year's race!

This was one of the most enjoyable rides I've had in several years. Great course and great work by the organizers, too. This was my first visit to Decatur, too. The town square was, with its businesses, was a great place to begin and end the ride. Job well done!

Rode this with my son and a friend. Rode it for my daughter who at 22 is a cancer survivor! The ride course is a great challenge due to elevation gain (my Strava 5,500 ft in 102+ miles)! But the best was everyone who put it together and volunteered; awesome! Thank you and see you all next year!
