Whether you're looking to do your first 5k or set a PR, this is the perfect event to get you moving with purpose this fall (without training taking over your life)!
I know you don't have endless amounts of time to devote to exercise but that after ~6 months of being stuck at home, it's starting to take a toll.
You're feeling soft, your clothes are snug, and you're tired of making an effort for a week or two, only to find yourself missing workouts left and right.
What you're missing right now is an event in the future to keep you focused on a single task. Picking something and seeing it to completion is exactly what you need
While I can't do the 3.1 miles for you, I can make sure you have everything you need to be successful and celebrate yourself at the end!
I'm sending you a beginner training program, official participant bib, certificate of completion, recipe book to fuel your workouts, and a finisher's medal IN THE MAIL!

I'd love as many people as possible to participate on Saturday, November 14, 2020 but one of the benefits of a virtual race is that you can do it whenever and wherever is convenient for you!
Simply register, map out a 3.1 mile route wherever you prefer to run/walk (or even on your treadmill), and give it your best! You'll get your medal just for participating - no need to log your time anywhere!
