Bend is the outdoor playground of the west. Come experience the unique down current swim on the Deschutes River, cycling up the Cascade Lakes Highway, and running along the Deschutes River. The Deschutes Dash has 11 events. There is certainly something for everyone. Olympic Triathlon, Olympic Duathlon, Olympic Aquabike, Sprint Triathlon, Sprint Duathlon, Sprint Aquabike, Olympic & Sprint Relays, 5k and 10k run.
