Commando Challenge - The Toughest 8 Miles in America 

Born from the Green Beret Challenge, The Commando Challenge is a time based individual WOD format (workout of the day) that encompasses the following basic human performance movements:

PUSH - PULL - CARRY - CRAWL - RUCK - RUN

Unlike a typical race format, this is a structured event with each participating athlete competing against themselves and the clock. The event is capped at the first 150 registrants for safety and continuity. The actual event WOD will be announced approximately 5 days before the event and each Commando Challenge WOD will vary from location to location. 

Awards will be given out for the top 3 male/female performers posting the fastest times for each Commando Challenge.

ALL participating athletes will receive the coveted Commando Challenge Coin! Top 20 performers (M/F) from each Commando Challenge will be eligible to participate in the 2021 Commando Games taking place in late 2021.
