April 10, 2022; 7:30 am starting time

Join us for the annual race from Jackson to Cape Girardeau, MO!   This ~9.2 mile course starts at HealthPoint Fitness in Jackson and ends at the Osage Centre in Cape.

All proceeds will go to the City of Cape Foundation and myTEAM Triumph.

Choose between the full distance individually – approximately 9.2 miles – or compete as a 2 or 3-person relay.

Start Time:   Both the individual runners and the first leg of the relays will begin from HealthPoint Fitness in Jackson at 7:30 am.

The terrain is asphalt with hills, especially the first 5 miles.  The remainder of the course is primarily flat on a county road and a mile on the LaCroix trail.

The course begins in front of HealthPoint Fitness in Jackson, proceeds down Main Street all the way under I55 to Veterans Parkway, then proceeds down Hwy 620 and Route W into the Walden Park subdivision and the LaCroix trail to the Osage Centre.
