Chaos Family Fun 5k Walk/Run

Join Physical Therapy Consultants, Inc for our 3rd annual Chaos Family Fun 5k walk/run in honor of National Physical Therapy Month. All proceeds of our event go to a local non-profit organization called Citizen's Supporting Our Armed Forces (CSOAF). Citizens Supporting Our Armed Forces (CSOAF) is a 100% volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to raising community support and awareness for our Armed Forces. They do this by shipment of care packages to deployed troops, providing assistances to military families and actively engaging the public through various military support events. CSOAF supports all branches of Armed Forces with a primary commitment to the troops and families of the Minnesota National Guard.

Last year, Physical Therapy Consultants, Inc and surrounding communities raised $2,080 and collected over 300 donation items. Contributions made to CSOAF allowed the organization to send shipments that averaged 600-800 pounds and benefitted 4-6 deployed units throughout the world, including ships abroad. It is our goal this year to raise $5,000 and collect over 500 donation items for CSOAF.

We are encouraging all participants to wear costumes this year!! 

Have KIDS?? No worries!! We will have activities for children 12 years and younger!!
