Join us for a scenic or virtual 5K run/walk while raising funds and awareness for suicide prevention. All donations help ensure that crisis services are available to anyone experiencing thoughts of suicide. You can help save the lives of people who are loved - whose Life;Story matters.

Life;Story is our annual event to join together in promoting community awareness and uniting in our desire to support people impacted by suicide and thoughts of suicide. Life;Story is held during Suicide Prevention Month (September) in Florida and Illinois and features an option to participate virtually.

The Life;Story name includes a semicolon – a punctuation mark that indicates there is more to come, unlike a period indicating the end. No matter how depression, anxiety or suicide has touched your life, we want everyone to know there is more to come – there is more to every Life; there is more to every Story.

In addition to community awareness, Life;Story proceeds provide mental health and addictions services at Centerstone for people who have little or no resources. Your participation will help save and change lives. We want everyone to continue their Life;Story – we want everyone to thrive!
