CDM Mind and Body 5K Race Description

Hey St. Louis! Our annual CDM Mind and Body 5K run/walk is set for May 25th, 2024 where we challenge St. Louisans to implement lifestyle change with our Run In The Park, through Tower Grove Park. It will feature the Tower Grove Farmer's Market, music fun and more!! This year will also boast our biggest and best ever, and guarantees to not disappoint. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place medals for men and women.

This was a great 5K!

My first 5k. Great course and very family friendly. There was a prize for the first place runner and gifts for everyone. There were added vendors giving out helpful health information and information on community awareness. Preparing now to better my time from last year. Looking forward to it again this year.

fun race in shady, cool, tower grove park. Great place for a race. The swag bags were fabulous indeed. I'd do this race again.

Great event

This is an amazing event for the entire family. It focus on Health & Wellness and there is a lot of activities happening where it will benefit everyone. You will not be disappointed when you attend and you will want to tell others about it and encouraged them to attend because is a community event for all and anyone to be a part of.

Awesome event!

CDM mind and body has an awesome 5k every year!! The location of the 5k is very nice and there is always plenty of parking available. The event is family friendly with activities to do and vendors to talk to after finishing the race. The swag bags you get are the best. I would highly recommend this run to everyone! :)

Best Race Ever!

The CDM Mind and Body Run/Walk 5K is by far one of the best races in Saint Louis. Everything is well-organized. The scenic route is exciting. The Swag Bags are amazing!
