Our goal is to continue to promote a healthy lifestyle by staying physically active and sharing healthy eating habits on a daily basis. Explicit Motion was created to give our people the opportunity to gain a healthier outlook by incorporating different platforms of fitness to find a fitness regimen that works for YOU.-Leaving no room confusion or doubt. So, let the music play and get those bodies moving. Have fun, run or do what works for you.
