Benton City 4th of July 5k

Start your Fourth of July festivities with a fun, family friendly 5K run while showing off your patriotic apparel!! Prizes will be awarded to top finishers in each age category and best dressed. 

We are excited to announce that this race will help raise money for the Jr Americans Hockey Association . A portion of the funds raised will go toward sponsoring the Jr. Americans Hockey Association, helping support local athletes and creating more opportunities for kids in our community to grow and develop through hockey. Your participation helps make a lasting impact while celebrating the 4th of July together.

This is a true community event for everyone! All ages and ability levels are welcome—you don’t need to be a runner to participate. Whether you run, jog, walk, push a stroller, roll in a wheelchair, bring your dog, wear a costume, or simply come out to enjoy the energy, there’s a place for you. Join us and be part of Benton City’s 4th of July tradition filled with movement, smiles, and community spirit.

All participants receive:

• Optional official race T-shirt (available for purchase online or on race day)
• Finisher medals for top athletes in each age division
• A safe, fully supported course
• Post-race food and beverages
• Opportunity to win our Best Dressed awards
• Access to post-race festivities, including the 4th of July Kids Parade and Benton City Chamber breakfast

The deadline for registration will be July 2, 2026 at 12:00 pm. 
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

PACKET PICKUP:

Packet Pickup will be at Secord Strength, 511B 9th st, Benton City July 3rd at 530 pm and

on race day (July 4th) starting at 7:00- 7:45 am at 510 8th st., BENTON CITY.

Timing will be by Webscorer.

 Water and light snacks including a Spudnut at the finish line will be provided.  Benton City Chamber of Commerce will be happy to sell you breakfast after the race at the community center.
