BeachFest 5k/10k
BeachFest 5k/10k Race Description
Presented by the Jax Beach Ocean Rescue, come run the beach during low tide for this event that supports the Volunteer Life Saving Corps. The 5k will be run as an out-and-back course with the 10k doing the 5k course twice.
The 5k/10k run begins at 8am, with the course running out-and-back south on the beach. Water aid stations will be along the route.
Early packet pickup will be at the Jax Beach Lifeguard Station on Friday May 10 from 5-7pm. #2 Ocean, at the end of Beach Blvd in Jax Beach 32250. Across from Joe’s Crab Shack, and Sneakers Sports Bar, and adjacent to the Four Points by Sheraton.
Packet Pickup will begin at 7am on race day.
Online registration includes a processing fee. There are no refunds for this event, as it is a charity fundraiser. Thank you for supporting your lifeguards.
Public Parking is available in the lots north of Sneakers Sport Bar and Grill, by Latham Plaza.
Register by April 30, 2019 to be guaranteed a t-shirt.
Overall awards for both runs and 5year age groups.
