Atlanta Kids Triathlon

Welcome to the 9th Annual Atlanta Kids Triathlon! Building on our success over the past 8 years, we are very excited about our plans for 2020.

The West Gwinnett Park Aquatic Center in Berkeley Lake will once again host our weekend festivities, and we are proud to have our Founding Partners at the YMCA of Metro Atlanta playing an expanded role. Together, we will help more than 500 kids prepare for their first triathlon. At the same time, our XClass™ Races will attract some of the top, youth triathletes from across the country.

This truly is an event for kids of all ages and abilities on a flat, safe course.

For Juniors (ages 6-10): Swim is 100 yards; Bike is 3 miles; Run is 1/2 mile

For Seniors (ages 11-15): Swim is 200 yards; Bike is 6 miles; Run is 1 mile

As in the past, everything we do will be focused on enabling the kids to be the stars of the show. We will have lots of fun activities and giveaways, and every young athlete will start their race in the world-class Aquatic Center. Huge, custom finisher medals and free ice cream will be waiting at the finish line, and we will be hosting a post-race party in the water park.
