Fun! Inclusive! Family-friendly! The  Ashley L. Lamb Memorial 5k! 

Held at the West State Street city park, children and adults alike can enjoy the beautiful Hock-Hocking Bike path, an adjacent play ground, and nearby ball fields. 

This event is for walkers and runners of all ages and abilities. Register by March 20 to guaranteed your t-shirt! 

Our choice charity this year is the Colorectal Cancer Alliance. Know that your support empowers the Alliance to support others!

  • Where: West State street shelter house
  • Check-in: 9:30 a.m.
  • Race start time: 11 a.m.
  • Pet friendly environment with adjacent dog-park

I had a great time!! This was a fun race for a great cause. Very well organized, smooth course. I can not wait to participate in future years! Not expensive to do either!! Highly recommended!!

Love this 5k!

It's a meaningful event about community, health awareness, a good cause, and a beautiful tribute to someone who left the world way too soon. The bike path is a lovely setting for a mostly level course. Family friendly and all levels of fitness and mobility are welcomed and encouraged.

I wouldn’t miss this 5k!

Great 5k on bike path in Athens, Ohio for a Great cause! Ashley started this 5k to bring awareness to colon cancer. I have enjoyed participating every year and wouldn’t miss it!! This 5k is a wonderful memorial to Ashley! ❤️
