Ashley Elizabeth Montgomery Walk to Remember & Honor Race Description

September is Child Cancer Awareness Month and September 13th is Childhood Cancer Awareness day. Please join us on Saturday September 16th  @ 8am, as we Remember the children we have lost and Honor those still fighting. The walk will be 3.67 miles to represent the 36 children diagnosed every day and the 7 children who earn their Angel Wings every day. Every day our children fight to win this battle and every day we fight to get our children the awareness and funding they need so that cures can be found for every form of childhood Cancer. These are two fights that should not be happening, but they are. YOU CAN HELP by Joining in and spreading the word and raising funds for research. Please help us raise the level of Childhood Cancer Awareness and Raise Funds for research. Proceeds from this event will go to the University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital for Pediatric Cancer Research. We will not stop until ALL CHILDREN ARE SURVIVORS!

Same day registration will take place starting at 7:30 a.m. Walk will kick off at 8:00 a.m.
