AFD Color Fun Run & Resiliency Fair Race Description
The Army is committed to the health, safety and well-being of its Soldiers, Families and Department of the Army (DA) Civilians. To emphasize this commitment, the Army is joining the nation in observing May 18th, 2024 as Armed Forces Day. President Harry S. Truman led the effort to establish a single holiday for citizens to come together and thank our military members for their patriotic service in support of our country. DFMWR and installation service organizations will host the “Armed Forces Day Color Fun Run & Resiliency Fair” to create an atmosphere of camaraderie while providing an informational, educational, and enjoyable celebratory event. This event is open to Fort Huachuca and surrounding communities.
