9th Annual Hummelstown Hunger Run Race Description

Mark your calendars!

The 9th Annual Hummelstown Hunger Run/Walk is scheduled for Saturday, May 11, 2024. All proceeds benefit the Hummelstown Food Pantry.

Enjoy a 5K or 5Mile run or 5K walk along the beautiful streets of Hummelstown while supporting a great cause. This event is pet and stroller friendly.

Registrants will receive a gift bag that includes a race T-shirt, etc. (T-shirts guaranteed if registered by 4/23.)

Registrants and volunteers who bring a non-perishable food item for our collection bin will be entered into a drawing for one of the many gift certificates provided by our local sponsors. Last year we handed out over 130 GCs/prizes.

Prizes for 5K & 5M runners: Top 1st - 3rd Male and Female finishers receive cash prizes and medals. ($75 for 1st place, $50 for 2nd place and $30 for 3rd place).

Winner medals and a selection from our prize table will be awarded to: 1st-2nd male and female finishers in each age group, 1st 5K stroller, 1st 5M stroller, 1st 5K dog & 1st 5M dog

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm - Optional - Early packet pick-up and registration at Schaffner Park (BoroPark)

EVENT DAY - Saturday, May 11th

8:30 am - 9:30 am - Packet pick-up and registration

10:00 am - 5K/5M Run Start

Immediately following runners - 5K Walk Start

Location: Schaffner Park (Boro Park)

Corner of Poplar Ave. and Water St.

Hummelstown, PA 17036

On-site restroom facilities and easy on or off street parking are available.
