5Ton-5K Festival Race Description
Move4Life will host the inaugural 5Ton-5K Festival in Federalsburg, Maryland, consisting of a 5K Walk/Run and a competitive fitness event called the 5Ton-5K. The profits from these events will go towards outfitting and finishing the local activity center, ensuring it is fully equipped with the latest fitness equipment.
These events are open to individuals of all fitness levels and abilities, and we encourage everyone to participate:

The 5K Walk/Run is available to kids, adults, pets (on a lease), and strollers.

The 5Ton-5K is open to anyone 15+ years old and combines running and weightlifting. The actual workout will be released in June 2023.
Our partnership with the Township of Federalsburg, Maryland, reflects our shared commitment to promoting health and wellness within the community. By working together, we can positively impact the lives of those who live here. We are thrilled to be part of this exciting event and look forward to you competing.
The event will be held at the 12-acre Marina Park in Federalsburg, MD.
Plenty of open space for tents, free parking, a splash pad to stay cool, and a sand volleyball court for laid-back fun.
