5K On The Runway Race Description
To be held at the Greeneville Airport, Airport Road, Greeneville, TN.
Starting time will be 10:00 AM sharp. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. Everything is outdoors on a well-marked runway. All runners must finish by 11:00.
This race is on a practically flat circuit. This is a great opportunity for racers to log some “fast times”. Hand sanitizer and porta potties will be provided. Strollers and pets are welcome - Headphones, roller blades, skateboards and bicycles are not for safety reasons.
There will be no awards ceremony. Awards are “bragging rights only”.
Early Bird registration: $30 by 10/15/25
Registration: $35 after that. Yes, there is race day registration. Make checks payable to: “Greeneville CAP”

The organizers have taken a lot of time and energy to alleviate any concerns I had about COVID 19 spread on race day. They are ready and prepared to protect the runners and volunteers and DETERMINED to have a successful event. I will see you there!
