5K-aracter Run/Walk Race Description
Where: Edwardsville Township Park
When: Saturday, June 2 • 9 AM
What: Come join the fun and dress as your favorite character from books, movies, television, comic books, or something from your imagination. Find a group of friends and choose a theme or team of characters to showcase your many personalities. Or come as you are- we are all characters!! You are only limited by your own imagination!
Who: The race will benefit the youth of Eden Church as they look forward to serving the people of Africa during the summer of 2019. A portion of the race funds will be donated to benefit a local organization, African Vision of Hope (AVOH), as they seek to bring immediate and lasting solutions to children and families living in extreme poverty in Zambia through education and leadership skills, all while learning about God’s love.
