4D 5K Race Description
Come celebrate our 5th year as we take steps to find a cure !
Run proceeds benefit Muscular Dystrophy Association. Run for those who can't!
GAURANTEE SHIRT-REGISTRATION MUST BE POSTMARKED or ONLINE BY MAY 5th
SCHEDULE: 7:00–8:15 a.m. Registration/Packet Pick-up
8:40 a.m. TBA
9:00 a.m. 10K Run begins
9:05 a.m. 5K Run begins
9:10 a.m. 1 Mile Walk begins
10:15 a.m. Awards
COURSE: The 3.1-mile race will be on a paved trail and through a paved park,
The 6.2 mile race will continue on the Rails to Trails
Wheel-measured course with professional timing by Bryn Mawr Running Company
AWARDS: Medals will be presented to top 3 male and female finishers in these age categories: <13,
14–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, & 60+
PARKING: Along South 8th St., up the hill toward Lebanon High School or the school parking lot.
