This is a Backwards only Run & Fun Walk - one of the first ever.

Backwards Running & Walking are healthier, yet more challenging forms of running and walking because you get more work done in less time & it is less stressful on your joints and ligaments. For instance, ONE DOCTOR STATES THAT FOR EVERY MILE YOU RUN OR WALK BACKWARDS, IT'S SIMILAR IN PRODUCTION TO GOING 8 MILES BACKWARDS.
So we will be hosting a Backwards Run & Walk designed to benefit outreach efforts and charitable work in our area & other areas.
