2nd Annual Run to the Rescue 5k Race

2ND ANNUAL RUN TO THE RESCUE!

Runners, walkers and volunteers... take your marks and get set for the 2nd annual Run to the Rescue!

For those who are new to this event, and to remind all the heroes that showed up in support last year, Run to the Rescue is a 5K run/1 mile walk hosted by the Harrigan Foundation in beautiful Delray Beach, Florida! The Harrigan Foundation is a non-profit organization determined to sponsor First Responders (Firefighters, Police Officers, Military Officials, etc.) who suffer from addiction and/or trauma disorders.

Last year, the first annual Run to the Rescue raised $8,500 for treatment for First Responders!

This race will help fund our scholarship program to help sponsor the everyday heroes in need. The 5K will be a timed through AccuChip. All walkers are welcome to bring pets and children.
The race will start at Anchor Park in Delray Beach. Start whistle will sound off at 7:15am. The race groups will be divided up by age groups as follows:
* 14 and under
* 15-19
* 20-29
* 30-39
* 40-49
* 50-59
* 60+
