The Ivy Centennial Foundation, Inc., in partnership with Mu Lambda Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.®, invite you to our 2nd Annual GET UP & RUN Virtual 5K Run/Walk June 24-26, 2022! 

Whether you run on a treadmill, jog around the neighborhood, or walk around the block, we’re racing to new heights for healthier communities in 2022. Staying active during the pandemic is important for both physical and mental well-being, especially for our communities of color. 

Recruit your family and friends to join you! Take pictures as you walk or run and post pictures along with your finisher medal on social media with our hashtags #getupandrun or #GUAR. Upload your race results on Race Entry.

Race Details:            Run/walk anywhere and anytime on or before 6/26/2022 

Race Distance:         5K (3.1 miles)

Registration Cost:    Early Bird Registration $40 through 5/21/2022 

                                  Regular Registration $45 from 5/22/2022 to 6/26/2022

Registration must be completed by the early bird registration deadline (5/21) to ensure that you receive your race swag prior to the start of race weekend (6/24). However, all registrants will receive race swag, even if it arrives after the completion of race weekend (6/26).
