24hr Bike ride Louisiana Cook-Off. Teams can signup to cook either a main Louisiana dish, appetizer, or dessert. The cost is $200 per team, cooking will begin at 7am, and teams can set up as early as 6am in front of Barcadia. You will need to cook enough food for 100 people.
