Health In Action 5K Run / 2K Walk

Join Us for the 2026 Health in Action 5K!

Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026 at 7:30 a.m. 

Presented by Syngenta and the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA), this fun run/walk is your chance to get moving for a great cause. All proceeds support the GCSAA Foundation, advancing advocacy, education, and research in the industry.

Packet Pick-Up

Race packets can be picked up on Monday, February 2nd from 12:00–5:00 p.m. at the Orange County Convention Center - West Hall. Any unclaimed packets will be available at the registration area on race morning.

Race Route & Start Time

The 2026 Health in Action 5K will start and finish at the Hyatt Regency (9801 International Drive). The race will begin promptly at 7:30 a.m., and we encourage all participants to arrive by 7:00 a.m. to allow time for check-in, warm-up, and getting settled before the start.

Registration & Pricing

Registration for the Health in Action 5K is $35 per person (run or walk). After January 5, 2026, pricing increases to $45 per person for all participants. Be sure to register early and save your spot!

Awards & Prizes

Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers:

1st Place: $100 Gift Card to Dick’s Sporting Goods

2nd Place: $75 Gift Card to Dick’s Sporting Goods

3rd Place: $50 Gift Card to Dick’s Sporting Goods

Chapter Challenge

Cheer on your chapter! The fastest chapter will be determined by combining the four quickest finish times from each chapter. Members of the winning chapter’s top four will each receive:

$200 Gift Card to Dick’s Sporting Goods

Recognition in the post-event GCM ad

Their chapter name engraved on the official Health in Action 5K Plaque at GCSAA HQ

Race Results

Official race results will be emailed at approximately 10:00 a.m. on the morning of the race. They will also be posted here on our website, so be sure to check back if you haven’t received your email yet.
