Junction Up and Back Boat Race Description
Welcome to the world's second toughest boat race! Join us as we paddle up the South Llano River then back down again. Racers have 12 hours to finish the 35-ish mile course that starts and ends at Lake Junction. Divisions include tandem, men's solo, women's solo, and SUP. Complete the race within the 12-hour time frame and be entered into the finisher's drawing for prizes. Sunday’s Junior race will start and end at Lake Junction with the turnaround at Flatrock Crossing. Ages 10 to 13 may race solo; ages 6 to 9 must participate with an adult who paddles in a separate boat. Come enjoy our beautiful river and see what the fuss is all about!
