YMCA Turkey Trot 2023 Run / Walk is FREE to everyone in surrounding communities, YMCA member or not! This event, besides being a great way to start your Thanksgiving Day, is an awesome community event to bring friends, families, youth, and even pets together! 

The Turkey Trot will start and end at the Marinette-Menominee YMCA, on Thursday November 23. Registration is required by all participants no matter their age.

Registration: 

• All registrations must be completed online before 8:00 AM Thanksgiving Day and the event
• The first 200 participants registered will receive a pumpkin pie donated by Jack's Fresh Market

• Congrats on being one of the first 200 participants registered! Pies must be picked up the morning of before 7:50 AM. All pies not claimed will be distributed on a first-come first first-serve basis. THANK YOU JACK'S FRESH MARKET

• Not able to provide an item from the list? No worries! We are thankful for your participation either way. 

*All pet items will be donated to local animal shelters. All "human"  items will be donated to local homeless shelters, schools, events, or food pantries.

General Info: 

• Where: 1600 West Drive, Menominee MI, 49858 | Marinette-Menominee YMCA 
• When: Thanksgiving Day | Thurs NOV 23 | 8:00 AM 
• Day Of:

          ~ Light refreshments (coffee, apple cider, light snacks, etc.) will be provided  

          ~ Handicap accessible bathrooms will be available in the YMCA facility. Please enter through side door near ramp. 

         ~ The YMCA facility will be open to Turkey Trot participants only from 7:30-10:00 AM. *showers & other facilities will not be available aside from bathrooms.

Check In:  Check in will open the morning of at 6:30 AM. Please have your QR code ready from your registration confirmation!

1st-5th Place Finishers:  We will be giving medals for 1st-5th place overall finishers. Finishers will not be broken up into gender categories 

Pie Pick Up: 

• All pies must be claimed by 7:50 AM on the day of the Trot. All unclaimed pies will be given away at the end of the trot on a first come first serve basis

Water Stops: 

• 1 water stop will be available near the 1.5 mile mark. Feel free to fill water bottles as needed. Cups & trash will be provided. 

Post Trot: 

• After the Turkey Trot, please feel free to enjoy light refreshments. After all, we can't stuff you before dinner!
