2020 Coffee Run

The 2020 Coffee Run is not your typical morning "coffee run". You are not hopping in the car to get your favorite Cup of Joe, walking the dog to get a pup cup, packing your backpack to crunch some work out at your favorite local spot, or going to meet a friend, but rather running a virtual race in support of the people and places that let our day to day coffee runs possible. This run is a fun way to raise money for the local coffee shops who are being affected by COVID-19.

In the last few weeks, our world has been flipped upside down among the chaos and many small businesses have been forced to shut down. Help us raise money for local coffee shops that are feeling the pressure during these times. This race is unique in that you will be running it individually and sharing your results, this is so you can still practice social distancing (be sure to follow CDC guidelines). While many of the marathons and races have been canceled or postponed what better way to stay active as well as fundraise money and run for a purpose. We may run this alone but we are in this together, running is not canceled, it is being repurposed to be a solution for the community while still doing our part to slow the virus.

The proceeds from this race will be Donated to our participating coffee shops!

State Street Coffee & LaReunion in Dallas TX

Lux North and Lux Central in Flagstaff & Phoenix AZ

The 2020 Coffee run is a virtual 5K, 10K, 13.1, and 26.2 that can be run from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk, on the road, trail, or on the treadmill. Run at your own pace, and time it yourself. Post your results upon completion or post a picture on our Instagram page, @whatwerunfor saying #whatwerunfor and the coffee shop you're running for! 

Registration profits will be split evenly among participating coffee shops,  and then the personal fundraised money each runner fundraises on the charity page will go directly to the shop of your choice/ in your community!

Participants will receive a souviner upon registration completion.
