1st Annual Husky Hound Dash 5K Fun Run/Walk plus Kid's 1K EGG DASH

The Husky Hound Dash is a 5K Fun Run/Walk that will begin (promptly at 9:00 am) and end on the Ann Richards Middle School grounds at 7005 Ann Richards Road Mission, Texas 78572. There will be a grand prize given to the overall male and female participants. Medals will be given to the top three male and female participants by age division. This will be a non-timed FUN Run/Walk event.

The Kid's 1K EGG DASH will begin at 11:00 am This event will be for children 8 years old and under. Every registered child will receive a small bag before the race starts. The 1K will conclude in a field of eggs. Registered participants will be able to fill their bag with the eggs in the field. Once the official bag is full, the child must exit the field in order to allow the rest of the participants to enjoy the field of eggs. There will be a maximum of 100 child entries available for this event.

Location: Ann Richards Middle School at 7005 Ann Richards Road, Mission, TX 78572
 

Registration: 5K Fun Run/Walk $15.00 for adults 19yrs & older, $10.00 for students 18yrs and under. Kid’s 1K EGG DASH $10.00 for children 8yrs & under. The first 100 people to sign-up will receive a t-shirt. 

 
Race Day Registration: 5K Fun Run/Walk $20.00 for adults 19yrs & older, $15.00 for students 18yrs and under. Kid’s 1K EGG DASH $15.00 for children 8yrs & under.

Packet Pick-Up: Thursday and Friday, April 6th and 7th, 2017 at the Ann Richards MS Cafeteria from 3:30 pm - 8:00 pm or during Race Day registration from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM.

 
Awards: Overall Top Male and Female participants will receive a grand prize.
              The Top Three Male and Female participants by age division will receive medals.
