This virtual 5K is open to all ages, and participants can either run or walk. You have the option of completing the 5K on the track, treadmill, favorite trail, or in your neighborhood. The Monster Dash is a great experience for the whole family and we hope to have you participate!
Registration is open until Wednesday, October 20. You have until Sunday, October 31 at 11:59pm to run the 5K and submit your time to the results page. The race costs $30. If you register by Thursday, September 30, you are guaranteed a shirt, wristband, and certificate. After that date, there is no guarantee of a shirt.
Your Monster Dash 5K swag can be picked up from Musselman High School on Saturday, October 23 from 3 – 6pm.

All proceeds go to the Musselman High School Renaissance Program which believes that students should be rewarded for academics and attendance in the same way sports have traditionally been recognized.
