Beat the Street - VIRTUAL Races

2020—The Year that we Raced Alone…Together!

What a detour this COVID-19 has taken us on!  Disappointment and discouragement are rampant; however, our spirit is stronger than ever!  In an effort to keep everyone safe, honor our sponsors, support our community and encourage the mental and physical health of many, we are transitioning Beat the Street to virtual participation while planning on coming together September 26^th for a live event. (The race for September 26th is listed as a separate race on RaceEntry.com.)

We want YOU and as many others as you can encourage to participate in our VIRTUAL Beat the Street for Little Feet! This will consist of a 50K Bike Ride, 5K, and 1-Mile Run/Walk.

Step 1 - Register for the event of your choice.  Registration will close May 15th.  

Step 2 - Run or ride between April 8th and May 30^th wherever you are, even if it’s on a treadmill or stationary bike!  

Step 3 - Post a photo of your watch or screenshot of your phone with your time, a race photo of your solo finish or your family enjoying the event to our Facebook page at fb.me/beatthestreetswtr or our Instagram page at @bts_sweetwater between April 15th and May 30th.

All participants who register by May 15th will receive a custom medal and t-shirt commemorating the year we "Beat the Street" virtually!

100% of the proceeds go to Cornerstone Christian School in Sweetwater, Texas.  These funds will provide essential needs of the school and scholarships to students for the 2020-21 school year.  If you are interested in more information about Cornerstone Christian School visit our website at cornerstonestars.org.
