8 week training for all 5k/10k runners of all ability levels. Let our experienced DNA Coaching Staff help guide you to new personal bests in the 5k- 10k distances. Our goal by the end is that each runner leaves more knowledgeable about what training method will work best for them to continue to improve. We also hope the training will leave you with life long new running friends as well as a renewed passion for running!
Included in the 8 week training;
-2 weekly workouts. Tuesday @ 6:15 pm from Turtle Lake Preserve in Plainfield. Friday @ 6:00 am from Settlers Park in Plainfield.
-Wednesday Night Bonus Fun Run @6:15 pm from DNA Athletics. Food and beverage afterwards!!
-Exclusive every other Sunday bonus workout days with Coach Robyn Bumgarner. The classes will alternate between yoga, strength training, and recovery stretching/roll massage. Cost for the bonus classes will be $5 dollars a class.
-One on one meetings with our coaching staff to access your goals and come up with a training plan tailored specifically for you.
-Free Entry into the Minooka Summer Fest 5k. (This will be our goal race and all runners are encouraged to take part in the end of training 5k.)
-Technical T-Shirt with our PR Club Logo
