Empower your morning with a guided 3-5 mile run or walk along Chicago's Lakeshore path. If you're new to the city or just want to see the sites this run is for you. You will get a glimpse of Navy Pier, the Shedd Aquarium, The Field Museum, Soldier Field all while taking in the lake breeze off of Lake Michigan. Along the route we can stop for photos and drinking foutains are plentiful. All paces welcome!
