5K to Champion Program Race Description
This program will teach you how to get from just finishing a 5k (3.1 miles) run to dominating one within 6 weeks. Training will be conducted as a group and will be limited to only 10 participants. Cost for the course is $35. Group training will occur each Wednesday and Friday 5:30-6pm in Colville, WA. Monday will be a self-guided training.
Great for any age, Children under the age of 12 will need to have a parent or guardian present during training. This training will be difficult and requires a good base level of fitness.
Our Goal at K.O.M. Fitness LLC is to help you achieve your goals! This is a way to meet new people and get active!
We will have a pre-start meeting April 7th- 5pm to discuss the training details. Registrations are non-refundable.
