Sole Hope's Denim Dash 2019

Join us for the 3rd Annual Sole Hope Denim Dash 5K. Online registration closes at Noon on May 31st. Day of race registration IS available! Come out and register onsite if you miss the online cut off!

The trail goes through the beautiful Chadwick Farms Community. It is unpaved, semi-wooded trail and stroller friendly.

Thousands of people in Uganda suffer from a foot parasite called jiggers. Through education, medical care, and shoes we seek to aid Ugandan people to become jigger free.

Sole Hope currently provides a fair wage to over 60 Ugandans for their work as tailors, shoemakers, nurses, social workers, caretakers and more.

Bring the whole family! Kids can run too! We will have food and drinks for anyone who participates. 

Pre-registered 5K runners/walkers will receive a race bib, race day swag bag, t-shirt*, and FREE Taco's following the race!

*T-shirts are guaranteed to all participants registered by May 1st. Registrations received after that day will be given what remains on a 1st come/1st serve basis.

Want to have even more fun? Creatively incorporate DENIM into your race day attire! Sole Hope uses recycled denim to create the tops of our shoe patterns which are then made into shoes and given to the children in Uganda to prevent them from getting jiggers in their feet.
