Ruck It Up Race Description

We have a brand new and fun fundraiser scheduled for May 20^th in Bismarck. We are partnering with the HomeVest Team and other area businesses to host a 4-mile Ruck in South Bismarck.

What is a Ruck? Quite Simply, it means walking with a weighted backpack or vest. Rucking is a low-impact workout based on military training workouts. Rucking can be a lot of fun—and it is good for you too!

Put on a little weight, and take a load off of someone living with CF!

The event will start at House of Prayer Lutheran Church at 1470 S Washington St. in Bismarck at 9 am on May 20^th. Registration fees are $30 per individual or $100 for a team of four.

There will be prizes for the oldest, youngest, and most spirited team, as well as prizes based on the percentage of body weight carried.
