Project Courage Buddy Ruck Run Race Description
BUDDY RUNS - Teams consist of at least five runners but not more than seven runners. Only the top five are scored like a Cross Country race but the top five (5) runners from each team must finish within 15 seconds of their lead runner. Buddy runs will have the following classifications:
- Male
- Female
RUCK RUNS - Each runner must carry at least 10lbs of non -perishable canned food in a rucksack or backpack of their choice. All rucks and backpacks will be weighed before the race and all medalist will have theirs weighed at the end of the race. Ruck Run will have the following classification:
- Two Men
- Two Women
- Co-Ed (one man & one woman)
