Yak 'N Run Race Description

Join us for the Yak 'N Run in Cape Girardeau on August 20! This is the 7th year for this fun event!

Fun and challenging, this is a short kayak in the park lake, followed by a 2-2.25 mile run on the park roads.

You provide your own kayak, paddle and life jacket! But never fear - we have lots of friends with more than one boat in the garage, so let us know - the earlier the better - that you need one of the items.

Participants start in waves of ten boats, starting and exiting the lake at the dock near shelter #6.. Then solo participants head out on the run, and team participants tag off for the run leg.

All participants registered by 8/8/22 will receive a Yak-n Run t shirt. All proceeds will go to myTEAM Triumph - helping everyone reach the finish line!

LIFE JACKETS REQUIRED, AND MUST BE WORN! Please help us minimize risk for our event!
