We’re excited to have you join us for the Heroes 5K on May 23, 2026, as we honor the heroes who serve and protect our community. Here’s everything you need to know:

📍 Event Location: 147 Bowie Road, Thibodaux, LA
⏰ Check-In Time: 4:45 PM | Race Start: 6:00 PM

Event Highlights:

• A scenic route through Nicholls State University Campus

• Food, drinks, and after-party games at the Rec Center

• Live music starts after the first 20 finishers

Important Reminders:

• Hydrate! Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to the race.

• Plan to arrive early to check in and get your race packet.
