Welcome to the 2026 CleftStrong 5k/Kids 1k: The Confidence Classic Edition! Our event will take place on Sunday October 4, 2026 at Dwight D. Eisenhower Park in San Antonio, Tx.
The CleftStrong 5K in San Antonio is a family-centered event benefiting the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association (ACPA), a nonprofit improving outcomes for individuals with cleft and craniofacial conditions.
More than a race, it brings together families, healthcare professionals, and community leaders from across Texas and beyond, with virtual participants nationwide.

How to Sponsor
