Please join SMILE's fun-run: SMILE 4 Miles!
SMILE 4 Miles is a 4-mile run (or walk!) where participants are challenged to smile for miles, and in fact, smile the entire 4 miles! The race will begin at 9:00AM on Saturday, August 20th at the downtown Spokane Fish Lake Trailhead off Sunset Blvd (not the Cheney location). Please arrive between 8:20-8:40AM to receive your race bib.
Studies have shown that smiling improves mood, reduces stress levels, promotes relaxation, and actually makes you happier. Alongside the many benefits of physical activity, this fun-run is sure to boost your day. Prizes for the first 3 finishers will be mailed to participants. Additionally, participation prizes will be randomly gifted at the event!

Single Moms in Life Empowerment (SMILE) is a nonprofit organization that aims to empower single mothers with support and resources to overcome the common challenges of single-motherhood. Proceeds from registration will be entirely allocated towards event cost and to purchase food, household necessities, or children's items to single mothers in need.
