The Linglestown Area Civic Association (LACA) is an organization of dedicated, local Linglestown residents who are working to promote the Linglestown community. Anyone can join the Linglestown Area Civic Association, regardless of where you live! The only requirements for membership are a love of our Linglestown community and a heart for service.
