September 28th, 2024 -7:00 until 11:00 AM - (Gates open 6:45 AM)-Legion Field - 13th Annual SISTAH STRUT - 2024. Set up begins at: 5:30 AM. Set-up must be completed by: 6:45 AM. Vendor Area opens at: 7:00 AM. Area must be cleared out by NOON. The For Profit Vendor Registration Fee is $75.00 per TABLE / SPACE and The Non-Profit Vendor Fee, (Providing INFORMATION ONLY & NOT SELLING ANYTHING) is $25.00 per TABLE/SPACE. Vendor must provide table/Chair. Tax or License regulations relative to City, County, State, or Federal Revenue Agencies must be handled directly with any such agency(ies). Vendor agrees to pay all costs associated with this request. Payment is to be accompanied with this agreement. Vendor understands that The SISTAH STRUT (SS) offers NO REFUND ~ for ANY REASON. Cancellation Policy is as follows: If event is cancelled, due to weather/health/safety related situations or venue closure ~ NO REFUND will be rendered. If cancelled by BBBB for any other reason ~ a FULL REFUND will be rendered. Vendor agrees to comply with instructions, advisories, rules and regulations governing this event. Vendor subscribes and agrees to ALL the terms, conditions and authorizations contained in this agreement and acknowledges reading and an understanding of these Rules and Regulations. As a Vendor, the Vendor agrees to hold Legion Field Management and Staff, City of Birmingham (COB) and Brenda’s Brown Bosom Buddies, Inc. (BBBB) its Members and Volunteers harmless from ANY and ALL liabilities arising from the Vendor’s occupancy on the site premises. Legion Field, COB and BBBB cannot accept responsibility for theft of property or damages, or injury to persons or property during the 2024 SISTAH STRUT. (Please include a photo or sample – when applicable – of items for sale or to be distributed) NO FOOD/BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD / NO ITEMS OF INTIMACY MAY BE SOLD. Vendor Space is limited and Spaces are available on a FIRST PAID basis after approval by Yolaine Sykes. By payment of Vendor fee and submission of form, Vendor is implying an understanding and consent of acceptance of the aforementioned statements.
