Run-Bike-Run of 2-10-2 miles each.
There will also be a 5k Run / Fun Walk!

God Bless the members of Team KJ, chaired by Charlie Carroll, and all that they do. The Duathlon is one of the most well run races that I partake in and I do at least 20 events a year. Thank you for starting this race!
